Payment
We accept money orders & cheques (subject to clearance), Direct Deposits or Credit Cards. As soon as your payment is received your order will be posted.

Postage
Please contact our office with your order for postage charges as prices may vary. Please Note: Urgent/Special orders may attract additonal postage charges. Please contact us for details

Refunds/Credits
Please choose sizes and colours carefully as special orders i.e. Swish Products can not be refunded or exchanged if the wrong size or colour was ordered. No refunds will be given on any products unless they are proved to be faulty by our suppliers. If an ordered and paid for item becomes sold out then a refund will be offered.

Delivery Time
Products on this website are offered by our suppliers in Good Faith. Failure by our suppliers to contact us may cause additional time in which we will contact you. Special/Custom Orders will need to allow additional time. Time taken for our products is normally 2-4 weeks. Items in stock will be posted/couriered out to you upon receipt of payment.
